SUMMARY:Ebb and flow
DESCRIPTION:Moving Memory’s Dover and Folkestone Moving Well groups bring Ebb and flow to Dover Fringe. \nEbb and flow: the movement of life. An autobiographical exploration honouring/celebrating the hands we have held\, the journeys we have made and the hurdles we overcome.  \nExploring connection and how this enables us to stand side by side – united and strong. The choreography has been co-created by the participants themselves\, drawing on their own stories\, experiences and movement. \nMoving Memory Dance Theatre is a Kent-based charity that places older bodies centre stage through inclusive dance theatre and creative movement. Their Moving Well programme offers free\, accessible workshops led by and for older people – creating space for creativity\, connection and joy\, with no experience needed.
